To get real for a sec… I feel grateful. But can’t help but feel like my mind is moving a million miles a minute. I have worked for this very moment for 3 years, yet the day is here and I am already thinking of the next thing on the list. I am often a very calm and present person but adjusting to a new environment every few days has proven more difficult than anticipated.

All is well, days go by and all we can truly hope to feel is.. proud.. honoured to make an impact on the planet, be excited about the world around us. And approach with love and gratitude.

I have been recipe testing for months on a fun drink that will energize you for your busy day as a multi-faceted human being. I finally perfected the recipe and now I’m sharing it with all of you! This week’s article is all about the impacts of food on mood. Nutritional psychiatry is a growing topic in mental health and it focuses on how what you eat can change how you feel. I found this article really interesting, researchers used thematic analysis and findings from their focus groups to determine the unknown factors underlying food consumption and mood.

This week’s recipe is one of my favs! I love this salmon salad recipe because it’s so quick and perfect for meal prep. I love to pre-prep all the veggies so all I have to do is airfry the salmon and dinner/lunch is ready! 10/10 reccommend.
